Lawsuit Against Paul Kovacich

In 1987 Jerry Johnson sued Paul Kovacich for what he claimed were pasture fees owed to him for cattle grazing. Paul claimed that Johnson made up non-existent fees when he discovered the price Paul had received from a cattle sale.

•Johnson was awarded half of what he was seeking, but he continued to insist that Paul Kovacich had "cheated him." Years later Johnson still expressed a grudge over the matter.
