72 HOUR WAITING PERIOD OVER
• At 9:00 am, Saturday morning, Paul called Sgt. Butts again.
• With the 72 hr waiting period now expired, Paul insisted that Auburn PD start investigating Janet’s disappearance.
• For three full days, Auburn PD had done nothing—they hadn’t uploaded the information to CLETS, issued an APB, or informed any nearby law enforcement jurisdiction like the California Highway Patrol, DOJ, or the Placer/Sacramento County Sheriffs' Offices.
